Some Unexpected Inspiration

Some Unexpected Inspiration

You never know where you will find inspiration.  My boyfriend and I road to the country to buy, of all things, a pie for a Super Bowl party.  We had some time to kill before the pie was ready and decided to drive around.  To my surprise, the Lake County Farmpark was right up the street.  I remember taking my daughters there when they were small to pet the animals.  But this time instead of just goats and pigs, the center was hosting an amazing quilt show.  Here are some of the designs that really caught my eye.

A quilted portrat

A man's quilt

Statue of Liberty quilt

Treasure Chest quilt

Vibrant colors

Lots of motion

One of my favorite patterns

It's just "happy" quilt

Unbelievable mural quilt

Another mural quilt

3 Dimensional hummingbird quilt
